Week 2 - Programming Language

I am not a developer! For this second week, we want to get a better foundational knowledge of a programming language. I have chosen Golang as my choice to spend around 7 hours in learning the fundamentals of Go.

Let's use this discussion to discuss any areas you think should be included, maybe you have forked the project and you are choosing a different programming language. I was very close to choosing Python vs Golang and maybe this can be achieved by someone in the community.
