HybridCache - Remove by tags not working?

As the title questions, is the remove by tag functionality not working yet? There was a note previously in the docs previously, which is now gone, that states that it didn't work, but since it is now gone, I was under the impression that it would work.

In my tests, it doesn't seem to do anything in my Redis instance, except create some new keys when I try to remove by tag, but the value that was added with said tags, is not removed.

Never mind. I understand now that it removes it on the next request
