Comparison to Holochain

When I listened to your talk about decentralizing the internet with locutus, I was struck by the similarity of the DHT consensus process to Holochain, to the extent that I'm not actually sure that there is a meaningful difference between the things you're building, and that would be a tragedy, so I'm hoping to hear it isn't so. What are some of the differences between your approaches?
