Why is it so slow in my local environement?

Hi,
I am using the starter with npm run built + npm run start.
I am using redis + supabase with the backend + npx develop

I find everything very slow compared to the next.medusajs.com that feels really snappier.

Is there a reason for that?
What do you think I can improve?
