Please add support for the Azure AI Foundry to the Braintrust proxy (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/ai-foundry).

The API for it is slightly different from Azure OpenAI, so the existing Azure provider provided by Braintrust doesn't work.

The foundry provides support for a bunch of models, including grok-3, DeepSeek family, Phi family, etc.

Would love to be able to use these via Braintrust.
