Can't Create Bug Report Issue #1000

Hey guys.

Trying to create an issue and I seem to be getting stuck in a loop:

Visit issues tab
Click New Issue (opens modal)
Click Bug Report (on the Modal) - takes me to Choose Issue
Click Bug Report - takes me back to Choose Issue

Sorry if this is me being stupid!
