[Feature Request]: Auto-saving workflows

What would your feature do ?

ComfyUI lacks one of the most common features in editing software: Auto-saving.

Why not implement it now that workflow management seems more stable after the rework?

It would be useful to avoid losing hours of work, either through distraction or unexpected crashes.

Proposed workflow

• Go to Settings
• Find the Autosave option
• Select the time (in seconds) for auto-saving
  • If you set 0, autosave is off

I don't know how the saving logic should work with multiple opened workflows, but there may be another option to:

• Save all opened workflows (simultaneously)
• Save only the current workflow in use (countdown is reset when switching workflows)

This should be off by default. I never want to save the workflow unless I explicitly intend to, and even then I usually save it as a different, new version of the workflow. Most often when I'm modifying a workflow, I am just experimenting, and even accidentally pressing save scares me because then I would lose my existing known 'stable' version of the workflow.

Feature Idea

Many well-known editors, such as UE Blueprint and VSCODE, allow you to turn on auto-save in the settings. The current ComfyUI lacks such a basic and effective function. Every time I move a node, a dot mark appears next to the workflow label, which is very confusing for a compulsive person. I have to hit Ctrl+S all the time.

I hope to add a switch to automatically save the workflow in the ComfyUI settings to automatically eliminate the mark. Although it is a small setting, it can greatly improve the user experience.

+1 to having this as a default-off option. It would be a great QOL for those of us who want to use it
