Model not working properly

one observation that i have is, even if i installed all the previous version file (when my model was working fine) is even though the weights are not initiated properly but if if try to train from scratch also, the token_acc never goes above 0.1 (which is very low), which was always happening earlier

@NormXU can you please look into this repository. And see if its working for you.
Its urgent please help
