LoadBinaryPlugin.dll' could not be found

When I build, I get the error;
"Metadata file 'C:\Users...\Downloads\ReClass.NET-LoadBinaryPlugin\ReClass.NET\ReClass.NET\bin\Release\x64\LoadBinaryPlugin.dll' could not be found"

I'm new to this and have no idea what to do, please help.
