A simple wrapper function around Get-SeElement -By TagName -Value iframe

A view should be applied to return ID / Name to make it easy to use with Switch-SeFrame when working in the console.

A very simple wrapper

 Get-SeElement -By TagName -Value iframe -Attributes name, id | ForEach-Object {
        $_.Psobject.TypeNames.Insert(0, 'SeFrame')
        $_
    }

SeFrame is enhanced with a custom view so it displays by default the Name / Id so it make it easier when working interactively to know which frame to switch to.
