Request for Running instructions

Great work on making this portable!

Would you be able to add instructions on how to run it? I've looked through the help documents and read me and can't figure out how to launch the process or specify a port.

To run an instance open PostgreSQLPortable.exe. It will create a data folder and there is postgresql.conf file where you can change the port
