UV dialog has moved, skeleton2d tutorial outdated

Issue description:

The tutorial at https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/tutorials/animation/2d_skeletons.html tells you to open the "UV" dialog, with a screenshot. But this has changed from 4.3 to 4.4. It is probably obvious, but I spent a lot of time looking at wrong place :)

The UV button is not here anymore:

Instead it is visible at the bottom:
