Hi. The plugin does not appear at all in the Photoshop interface, although I installed it according to the instructions (I tried in versions of Photoshop 2023 and 2024). At the same time, with other similar extensions, there are no problems with the installation. I tried to completely disconnect brandmauer, antivirus, but this did not help. The address https://stable.art/plugin-code/js/app.js opens in a browser.
The same problem arises for many other users, which is clear from comments under different videos, which tells about the installation of Stable.art.
