Document upload across gemini, claude and gpt (completions API)

Describe the feature

Is there any clear documentation on using completions API for document upload. gemini, claude, and gpt all support document uploading now, however I am not positive if there is any special message formatting needed by the agents sdk in specific.

I know they each support it (even though it was a little difficult figuring it out from the docs). I actually have it coded to manually for each of the respective apis.

Would be great if there was a Doc!
