Usage instructions could be clearer

I noticed the following inconveniences with the current usage instructions in the README:

• the link to the accompanying tutorial is a link to a PR, instead it could be updated to be a link to the published tutorial
• it is not mentioned that the user should run both sbt ~fastLinkJS and vite.
