Leading / Removed From Virtual Hosts

@dsyer Can we remove all the slash logic (added in 276f9b7) and just pass whatever is specified in the .properties file?

I'd rather not. If the logic was wrong it can be fixed, but I don't see why users have to be able to guess the format of a virtual host.

I think the issue is that vHost has no restrictions/requirements for leading / - ////foo is valid, as is /foo, foo.

The. I guess the fix for the logic is to remove it :-) IIRC it was contributed by a community member, but I don't see any trace of that in the commit phil mentioned.

The original code from last year only handled /foo; removing leading '/' and adding one back. The community member "fixed" it to not add one back (but left the code to remove them) to allow for foo...
